One-of-a-Kind 3rd Day

Just a thought – Sometimes silence is not just about others, as much as it is about being still inwardly.

This type of pause keeps us through whatever with ultimately an inner knowing to get up yet again in the new kind of life that is ever increasing, abundantly, inside & out.

Within a little while, both choices affect Jesus; Judas betrays & Peter denies.

How do we overcome experiences of denial & betrayal by those close to us + keep a good attitude while our hearts break, tears flow, anger pops up & 𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝘆𝗲𝘁 𝗴𝘂𝗮𝗿𝗱 our God-given desire to commune, bend down to wash the dirt off of others feet (𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘧𝘢𝘶𝘭𝘵 𝘧𝘪𝘯𝘥𝘪𝘯𝘨) & serve others + have the same reciprocated to us?

All through Holy Week, in particular, there are significant remembrances, & from those remembrances, unlimited symbolism to learn, grow, & discover evolving Hope that shifts & continues momentum moving from, with, & in New Life.

For example, one of those remembrances is Good Friday Eve: Communion/Feet Washing.

While reclining at the table, Jesus says, one of you is going to betray Me …

Then, a little while later, Jesus said to Peter, before rooster crows, you will deny Me three times.

Does it hurt? Yep!

And as this day goes on, we see it can kill us, but it’s not over as one might think.

Again, within a little while, Judas betrays & Peter denies.

It’s difficult to express the intensity of the pain that comes with rejection – it’s a deep ache that pulses throughout our entire being. The multifaceted nature of this type of pain seems to touch every part of our being. It can leave us feeling shattered, struggling to make sense of the overwhelming emotions that arise from it.

Yet, we can awaken & wholesomely live, new, fresh, & distinctive!

What does Jesus do & or not do that teaches, mirrors, & models for us in these aching moments that are felt in our core?

𝘏𝘦 𝘱𝘳𝘢𝘺𝘴 & 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘮𝘰𝘴𝘵 𝘱𝘢𝘳𝘵, 𝘢𝘧𝘵𝘦𝘳 𝘢𝘳𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘥, 𝘳𝘦𝘮𝘢𝘪𝘯𝘴 𝘴𝘪𝘭𝘦𝘯𝘵.

Sometimes, silence is not just about others, as much as it is about being still inwardly.

This type of stillness or pause keeps us through whatever with ultimately an inner knowing to rise again with a new kind of life increasing, abundantly, inside & out.

𝙍𝙤𝙢𝙖𝙣𝙨 8:11 𝘼𝙣𝙙 𝙞𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙎𝙥𝙞𝙧𝙞𝙩 𝙤𝙛 𝙝𝙞𝙢 𝙬𝙝𝙤 𝙧𝙖𝙞𝙨𝙚𝙙 𝙅𝙚𝙨𝙪𝙨 𝙛𝙧𝙤𝙢 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙙𝙚𝙖𝙙 𝙞𝙨 𝙡𝙞𝙫𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙞𝙣 𝙮𝙤𝙪, 𝙝𝙚 𝙬𝙝𝙤 𝙧𝙖𝙞𝙨𝙚𝙙 𝘾𝙝𝙧𝙞𝙨𝙩 𝙛𝙧𝙤𝙢 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙙𝙚𝙖𝙙 𝙬𝙞𝙡𝙡 𝙖𝙡𝙨𝙤 𝙜𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝙡𝙞𝙛𝙚 𝙩𝙤 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙢𝙤𝙧𝙩𝙖𝙡 𝙗𝙤𝙙𝙞𝙚𝙨 *𝙗𝙚𝙘𝙖𝙪𝙨𝙚 *𝙤𝙛 *𝙝𝙞𝙨 *𝙎𝙥𝙞𝙧𝙞𝙩 *𝙬𝙝𝙤 *𝙡𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙨 *𝙞𝙣 *𝙮𝙤𝙪.

His Spirit is more than able to raise any of us from the dark & lifeless grave ruts of betrayal & denial with the needed transformational healing & wholeness that reflects the New Life that is always obtainable.

Let us not lose *nor* give up Hope …

A one-of-a-kind Sunday is available yet in more profound ways because it already came!

It truly is finished & we get to do, or not do, in-joy, & enjoy life from done, in union in Him.

Hugs with Love, Monique
