"Every Person Has a Seed of Greatness Hidden Within a Gift Needed by the World" - Dr. Myles Munroe

Enjoying the Journey – happily married, proud parents of five children, and delighted being grandparents, our life is beautiful!

At the core, I am a country girl. Through ebbs and flow, my life’s balancer has become cherishing to thy own self be true, love the Lord, and people, as our Father loves us.

I am driven by simplicity with a mind to seek the Kingdom of God wholeheartedly, with the idea of thoroughness in recognizing meaningful moments, whether small or big.

I’ve been blessed by various ministries, a few well-known and some not. Nevertheless, each who invested their energy provided directional knowledge, validation, and course correction. Their collective wisdom multiplied, impacting my life, to make an effort to grow daily.

So, I am improving my potential through the John Maxwell Leadership Certified Course and taking a writing and publishing class. It is said, “when the student is ready, the teacher appears.” As a lifelong student, I safeguard my heart by keeping an open mind to remain flexible, choosing to live life from the overflow. To live is to grow; to grow is to change; with life shifting, bending, and moving, I am thankful for different mentors.

Before social media and working remotely, interacting seemed easier; for example, we looked for ways to make introductions in meeting others. However, to adjust to our changing times, one of many ways to enhance relationships is to accept the many virtual options offered.

Creating this website and Monique’s Dialogue (on Facebook) combines stepping out of my comfort zone with those willing to participate, sharing our collective insight for purposeful applications as we sharpen one another with encouraging conversations.

Dialogue can be a platform that increases authentic transparency and understanding to deepen our beliefs, living life with wholesome intentions.

Everyone has unique God-given gift(s) that are benefits of strengths! That is our focus, empowering one another.

Many enjoy connections (personally and marketplace) that strengthen, cultivate, challenge, and inspire us. As we listen to be aware, understand, and apply Wisdom, confidence builds momentum for improvement, teaching us responsibilities; the ability to respond.

I’ve been in church since the womb. What a tremendous privilege to be around diverse expressions of God’s truth.

I caught insight from each sphere of influence, and today I am a summation of so many precious and impactful people; I am forever appreciative.

Nonetheless, whether in a worship service, dialogue, conference, audio, podcast, class, or reading, I come away, for example, as though having conversations with the speakers; many thoughts bubble up from deep within. I then write and research those particular studies.

From this perspective, talking with others, I have been surprised to find out they experienced the same thing, meaning inspirational thoughts, concepts, and solutions, remain hidden in journals.

In Luke chapter 1, we see a beautiful illustration of the truth in why we need each other. Mary needed Elizabeth, Elizabeth needed Mary, and Zachariah needed to listen to Mary and Elizabeth’s three-month conversations. Afterward, he eventually aligned with heaven on earth; prophecy suddenly began flowing as he braced his generation for John’s purpose, who would prepare the way of Christ.

Many are beginning to recognize that diverse interaction is genuinely needed; spirit, soul, and body! So, I encourage collaborative insight to help shift attitudes and viewpoints toward our God-given potential by intentionally engaging in deeper conversations and ultimately living a wholesome life.

From various dialogues, beliefs grow deeper, concepts emerge, and thoughts of understanding are infinite as hope in God’s faith becomes relevant for life.

To participate and be a part of something bigger than us as we serve others and simultaneously experience fulfillment knowing our days matter, is peaceful!

As we age gracefully, staying connected can help fortify lasting relationships and friendships. And if we find ourselves limited to being physically around others, one of many ways to keep in touch and minimize struggling with isolation is through portals such as this.

I shared to say this is a dream to welcome you!  As we open our hearts, we will discover a respectful appreciation of multi-faceted talents.

Our Father’s manifold wisdom is made known as we walk together, for a reason, in a season, or through a lifetime.

Romans 12:4-18 The parallel is clear. There are many different members in one body, yet not one competes with the other in function. Instead, every individual co-compliments the other. In Christ, many individuals are all part of the same body and members of one another. Our gifts may differ in function, but His Grace is the same. If it is your turn to prophesy, let faith and not title be your inspiration. The same goes for every aspect of ministry, whether it be serving, giving instruction, or just being there alongside someone to remind them of their true identity; always let faith set the pace. You are intertwined with your gift, wrapped up in the same parcel. Lead with passion; minister mercy cheerfully. Love without any hidden agenda. Utterly detest evil; be glued to good. Take care of one another with fondness and affection; esteem one another’s a unique value. Do not allow any hesitation to interrupt the rhythm of your zeal; capture the moment; maintain the boiling-point intensity of spiritual devotion to the Lord. Delight yourself in the pleasure of expectation; prayer prevails victoriously under pressure. Purpose with resolve to treat strangers as saints; pursue and embrace them with affection as friends on equal terms of fellowship. Make yourself useful in the most practical way possible. Continue to speak well even if someone wants to take advantage of you; bless and do not blame when you feel exploited. Do not merely act the role in someone else’s gladness or grief; think with them in genuine joy and compassion. Esteem everyone with the same respect; no one is more important than another. Associate yourself instead with the lowly than with the lofty. Do not distance yourself from others in your mind. Two wrongs do not make a right. Never retaliate; instead, cultivate the attitude to anticipate only beauty and value in every person you encounter. You have what it takes to be friendly, regardless of how they treat you.

Sweet Hug with Love, Monique
